What we collect
Your first name, email, optional mobile number, contact preference, the help you request, consent time and basic information showing which page or campaign led you here. Do not send passwords, account numbers, identity documents or sensitive financial records through a website form.
How we use it
We use your details to record your enquiry, reply using the contact method you selected, provide relevant information and understand which pages and campaigns produce genuine enquiries. We do not place these records into the Seller Business GHL.
Who can access it
Access is limited to Conrad Hyslop and service providers needed to host the website, store enquiries and deliver communications. Some providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect the information.
How long we keep it
We normally keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last contact. We may keep a record longer when there is an active business relationship, a legal requirement or a genuine dispute. We delete it sooner when a valid request is made and there is no legal reason to keep it.
Phone contact and marketing
A mobile number is optional. Choose Email only if you do not want a call. If we send commercial email or SMS, it will identify Infinite Business Solutions and include a clear way to opt out. An opt-out request will be honoured within five working days.
